Glowing Skin Green Smoothie Recipe
This is my go-to morning green smoothie that tastes amazing and is packed with so many nutrients!
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 of a banana
1/2 cup coconut milk/almond milk/ or water if avoiding fat
Thumb of ginger
If you're wondering, the blender I'm using is from @oyeetgo. They sent me one to try out and give my honest feedback on and I really like it! It made the smoothie so creamy and smooth and I like it for when I want a single serving smoothie that I can take with me right in the blender bottle itself.
Spinach is anti-aging due to its high antioxidant content. Frozen mango and lime have vitamin C that makes skin glow from within. The potassium in bananas keeps you hydrated which keeps your skin hydrated. Coconut milk has healthy fats that keep skin radiant and supple (but feel free to avoid if you’re avoiding fat). Finally, ginger helps fight breakouts!
