Day  10 Spicy Green


1 cup water, or almond, hemp, or coconut milk
1 cup mixed greens
14 cup berries, fresh or frozen
1/2 % avocado
1 tbsp ginger root
1 tbsp flax seeds
Dash cayenne pepper
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp raw honey or stevia (optional)



  1. Toss ingredients into your blender in order listed.
  2. Blend to the desired consistency.
