Here’s how it works: Starting from the day you buy any product from OYeet, you have the next 100 days to live with it, vibe with it, sports with it, take a picture of it, whatever it takes to make sure you love it. If it’s not the right fit for you, you can return for a full refund or exchange for your perfect healthy companion.

To fully protect your rights and enjoy satisfactory shopping experience, please read the following details for conditional return & refund service.

 

Returns

- If you receive a damaged, defective product, or a wrong product is shipped, please contact OYEET Customer Support at help@oyeet.com prior to returning issues.

- All products to be returned must be in its original packaging and in salable condition with complete accessories and manuals, otherwise additional fees will be required.

- Return service is available within 100 days from the date of purchase.

- Reverse shipping fee is required.

- All returns are subject to validation and approval at OYEET’s discretion.

- If you have purchased a OYEET product from other channels instead of OYEET official website, please apply for returns on the channel on which the purchase has been made.

Refund

As soon as OYEET receives a returned product and checks that it meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 days of refund process.
