ONE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

Hello OYeeter! 

Welcome to the family and thank you for buying an OYeet product. We are currently working on a more comprehensive Warranty Registration and it will be go LIVE by the end of March 2021. In the meantime, if you would like to register your warranty, please send an email to hello@oyeet.com and include the following info:

  • First Name 
  • Last Name 
  • Country
  • Mobile number 
  • Order number 
  • Product Purchased:  (OYeet Official Website, Amazon US, Amazon UK, Amazon DE)
  • Screenshot of your order

Our Warranties & Registration team will verify your purchase and a confirmation email will then be sent.  


Please note that warranties need to be registered within 14 days of your purchase. Registrations made after 14 days will not be considered. 

 

How to claim your warranty?

O'Yeet provides a 2-year product warranty from the date of purchase for all our products.

All products under warranty with quality-related issues will be provided a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including any return shipping costs covered by O'Yeet.

    This warranty does not apply to the following:

    • Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, or vandalism.
    • Improper or inadequate maintenance.
    • Damage in return transit.
    • Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.

    O'Yeet and its subsidiaries assume no liability for damage caused by the use of the product other than for its intended use or as instructed in the user manual. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

    ALL EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES,

    INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY,

    ARE LIMITED TO THE PERIOD OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY.
