- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
- 1 cup water
- 2 cup water
- 1 tsp instant coffee or 1 shot of espresso
Toss ingredients into your blender in order listed.
Blend to the desired consistency
