Cafe Grande

Low calorie and an energy hit to boot. A great early start shake, with lower calories and won't leave you feeling overly full.


  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tsp instant coffee or 1 shot of espresso


  1. Toss ingredients into your blender in order listed.

  2. Blend to the desired consistency
