16 cup water, or almond, hemp, or coconut milk % banana, frozen, sliced into small chunks 1/2 % avocado
16 cup parsley
14 cup kale or baby spinach
1/2 % tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 % tbsp chia seeds
16 tsp cinnamon stevia, to taste
1/2 % tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Toss ingredients into your blender in order listed.
