Ingredient
1/2 % cup water, or almond, hemp, or coconut milk % cup dairy-free kefir or dairy-free yogurt, unsweetened1 cup spinach or other leafy green
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-ounce aloe vera juice
