Day 2 Spinach and Pumpkin Seed Power
1/2 % cup water, or almond, hemp, or coconut milk V/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 % banana, frozen, sliced into small chunks
1/4 % cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2% cup spinach
1/2 % tbsp ground flax seeds
1/4 % tbsp chia seeds
1/4 % tsp cinnamon
Stevia, to taste
Toss ingredients into your blender in order listed.
Blend to the desired consistency.
