Day 3 Cranberry Bliss
Ingredient
1 cup water, or almond, hemp, or coconut milk
1 cup berries, fresh or frozen
1/2 % cup unsweetened cranberry juice concentrate
1/2 % avocado
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger (optional)
Directions
- Toss ingredients into your blender in order listed.
- Blend to the desired consistency
