Day 5 FigPowe

Ingredient 

cups water, or almond, hemp or coconut milk
2 fresh figs, washed, stems removed, and halved % banana, frozen, sliced into small chunks
½ % cup spinach
½ % tbsp cinnamon
½ % tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds

Directions

  1. Toss ingredients into your blender in the order listed.
  2.  Blend to the desired consistency
