Day 1 Kale Banana Smoothie
Ingredients 

1/2 % cup frozen berries
1/2 % cup pineapple
1/2 % banana
1/2 % cup kale
1 tbs. chia seeds
 

Directions

  1. Take out "Day1" pack from the fridge
  2. Add water in blender
  3. Throw everything from "Day1" pack in blender
  4. Blend until smoothie
