Pineapple Blast Smoothie

This smoothie is PERFECT for a sunny day outside or after a heated workout. To reduce your preparation time, simply slice up your fruits, put them in a food preparation bag and freeze your fruits overnight. When you are ready to make your smoothie, simply pop them into your GoPower Personal Blender and enjoy! 


  • 1 frozen banana (sliced)
  • 2 handfuls of frozen pineapples (cubed) 
  • Dash of citrus/pineapple juice
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)


  1. Take your frozen fruits out of the freezer and leave them out for about 5 minutes 

  2. Toss your ingredients into your GoPower Personal Blender

  3. Blend to the desired consistency
