  1. Ingredient

    1 cup ice cubes
    1 cup of spinach leaves
    1 cup of water
    ½ cup of kale
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1 banana
    ½ tsp of spirulina
    slice of pineapple
    4 mint leaves

  2. Directions

    1. Toss ingredients into your blender in order listed.
    2. Blend to the desired consistency.
